Play therapy provides children with the opportunity to process their emotions and feelings in one of the ways that is most natural through them – through the experience of play. As adults, we often don't think about how our children's language and reasoning skills are still developing. Play is their natural language and, in working with a gifted therapist, play can help children resolve and cope with the issues that they might be experiencing.

Both Kristy and Desmond have experience with providing play therapy – Kristy completed a certificate program focused on facilitating play therapy while studying for her Masters.

If your child is verbal and between the ages of three and ten years old, play therapy may be a good approach for them. To find out more, please contact us today.
